About
Work directly with the founder.
Magz was founded by Wendel Fernandes de Lana. Wendel began his career in the Brazilian technology market, then joined Bitnine, a South Korean graph database company (now SKAI Worldwide) with an office in Los Angeles. That is where he started working with international teams and projects.
Wendel holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of São Paulo. Today he leads Magz, and every engagement is run by him personally, so you talk to the person doing the work, with no layers of account managers in between.

- Do you work with companies outside Brazil?
- Yes. We work remotely with clients in other countries, in English or Portuguese. Our current client is in Australia.
- What size of company do you work with?
- Startups and small to medium businesses. If you have a team of 2 or 200 and technology is slowing you down, we should talk.
- Do we need to know exactly what we want before we get in touch?
- No. Many clients arrive with a problem, and the discovery call exists to work out where technology or AI would help most.
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing is on demand. Every engagement is quoted to its scope, so message Wendel on WhatsApp and he will prepare a proposal for you.
- How do you handle our data and confidentiality?
- We follow your security and privacy requirements, are happy to sign an NDA and have experience working in a regulated sector. Access is limited to what the work needs.
- Can you work alongside our existing team?
- Yes. We can lead a project end to end or work with your developers, product people or external vendors.
